Court Rules Facts Are 'Suggestions,' Pending Lived-Experience Review

All evidence is now subject to a feelings audit before being admitted.

A regional court has ruled that facts, as a category, are non-binding and may be considered 'spirited suggestions' until reviewed by an independent panel of lived-experience auditors.

Under the new framework, witnesses may submit their version of events in any form they prefer, including interpretive movement, color, or vibe.

Judges have been instructed to weigh testimony based on resonance, not consistency.

Legal scholars warned that this might complicate trials. The panel responded that legal scholars were welcome to feel their feelings about that.
