Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of feelingsfirst.spaceand the associated services (the “Service”) operated by PRIME AXIS LLP (“we,” us,” “our”).

Read the satire disclaimer and the Privacy Policy — they are part of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Service, creating an account, subscribing, or using any feature of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

FeelingsFirst is a satirical publication and AI-powered satire script generator. Every article, headline, interview, study, panel, quote, and spokesperson on the site is fictional. Output from the generator is fictional commentary in satire format and must not be presented as news, journalism, or fact.

You acknowledge that humour, exaggeration, and parody are core to the Service, and that the absence of seriousness does not constitute a defect.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service, and at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Provide accurate information when signing up. Do not impersonate another person.
  • One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be duplicates or automated.
  • Notify us at hello@primeaxis.digital if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • present any content from the Service as factual, news, or reporting;
  • use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any specific real person or identifiable group;
  • generate content that targets a real public figure with false statements of fact, sexual content, or hate speech;
  • attempt to scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Service beyond what robots.txt permits;
  • reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or attack the Service or its infrastructure;
  • use the Service to generate content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or applicable advertising rules;
  • use the Service in jurisdictions where its content is unlawful.

6. Generator: your responsibilities

The satire generator produces fictional scripts based on prompts you supply. You are responsible for:

  • ensuring your input prompt does not name a real living person with the intent of attributing false facts;
  • adding a clear satire / parody disclosure when you publish or distribute generator output anywhere outside the Service;
  • complying with the rules of any platform you publish to (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.);
  • obtaining any rights or releases required by your local law.

We may refuse or remove generator runs that violate these Terms or our content policy, including any content the underlying AI providers refuse to produce.

7. Content ownership and licence

a. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the generator output you produce. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

b. Our content

Articles, headlines, design, code, branding, and other materials we publish are owned by PRIME AXIS LLP or our licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link, but not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise our content without our written permission.

c. DMCA / takedown

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email hello@primeaxis.digital with: the work claimed, the URL of the alleged infringement, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a signature. We honour valid takedowns and counter-notices.

8. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe. Prices are shown on the subscribe page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@primeaxis.digital. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • Refunds: EEA / UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable law — contact billing for a full refund within 14 days of first subscribing if you have not substantially used the paid features. Outside that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change prices on at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.

9. Our intellectual property

“FeelingsFirst,” the wordmark, the visual identity, and the editorial voice are protected by trademark and copyright law. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use any of these except as expressly permitted.

10. Third-party advertising

Free-tier access is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Subject to your consent choices, ads may be personalised based on Google’s signals. We do not endorse advertisers and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or linked sites.

11. No warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, or factually incorrect — use your judgement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIME AXIS LLP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months immediately before the claim, and (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

13. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FeelingsFirst Collective from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, abuse the generator, attempt fraud, or create unmanageable risk for the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion at hello@primeaxis.digital.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Before bringing a claim, please email hello@primeaxis.digital. We will try to resolve disputes informally first. If that fails, parties agree to refer the matter to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre before commencing proceedings.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, give reasonable notice on the site or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
